This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to digital products and services offered through Sarkari Result Book, including eBooks, PDFs, quizzes, mock tests, subscriptions, premium features, and other educational digital content.

Cancellation Policy

Most of our products are digital in nature. Once a digital product, eBook, PDF, quiz, mock test, subscription access, or premium feature has been delivered, unlocked, downloaded, or accessed, cancellation is generally not available.

Users are advised to carefully check the product details, language, price, access duration, and other information before making a purchase.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play Billing, users may manage or cancel their subscription through their Google Play account. Cancellation of a subscription generally stops future renewal, but it may not automatically refund the amount already paid.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital, downloadable, and instantly accessible nature of our products and services, refunds are generally not provided once the product or service has been delivered, downloaded, unlocked, or accessed.

However, a refund or resolution may be considered in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You made a successful payment but did not receive access to the purchased product due to a technical error.
• The purchased file or digital content is corrupted, inaccessible, or not opening, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• The wrong access status was applied due to a server-side or payment verification issue.

Google Play Purchases

If a purchase or subscription is made through Google Play Billing inside the Android app, refund eligibility, refund processing, subscription cancellation, and payment-related handling may also be governed by Google Play policies and the user’s Google Play account settings.

Users may also request refund or manage subscriptions through Google Play, depending on the purchase type and applicable Google Play policy.

We may assist users with purchase verification, access issues, duplicate payment issues, or technical problems related to digital content access.

No Refunds For

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Wrong product purchased by the user.
• Failure to read product details before purchase.
• Failure to use or download the content due to user-side issues such as poor internet, unsupported device, insufficient storage, or incorrect login details.
• Requests made after the allowed support/review period.
• Content already downloaded, unlocked, used, or accessed, except where a genuine technical issue is confirmed.

Digital Delivery

Our products are digital and are delivered through website access, app access, download links, account-based access, or subscription-based unlocking. No physical product is shipped.
