Eligibility Criteria (Who Can Apply)

To apply for the IBPS Customer Service Associate (CSA)/Clerk 2025, you must meet the following conditions:

📚 Education:

  • You must have a graduation degree (in any subject) from a recognized university.
  • It doesn’t matter which stream (Science, Commerce, Arts) you studied — any graduate can apply.

🎂 Age Limit: Your age should be between 20 and 28 years as of 1 August 2025.

  • This means you should be born between 2 August 1997 and 1 August 2005 (both dates inclusive).

🧓 Age Relaxation for Reserved Categories:

  • SC/ST: +5 years (up to 33 years)
  • OBC (non-creamy layer): +3 years (up to 31 years)
  • PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities): +10 years

Selection Process: IBPS CSA (Clerk) 2025
