NEET UG 2025 Registration has been started by National Testing Agency(NTA) for the admission to undergraduate MBBS / BDS courses in AIIMS and JIPMER.

NEET (UG) is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) with approval from the government, including the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Ministry of Education.

The Supreme Court made this exam of NEET (UG) compulsory through a judgment in 2018.

According to the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, NEET (UG) is the only entrance exam required for admission to MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery) and BDS (Dental) courses in all medical colleges across India.

In addition to MBBS and BDS, NEET (UG) is also mandatory for admission into BAMS (Ayurveda), BUMS (Unani), and BSMS (Siddha) courses under the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020. It is also required for BHMS (Homeopathy) admissions under the National Commission for Homeopathy.

In short, NEET (UG) is the only way to get admission into MBBS, BDS, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and other medical courses in India.

The online submission of NEET UG 2025 Registration form will be from February 7, 2025 to March 7, 2025.
