Synopsis: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has launched a new website, SSC.GOV.in, where all candidates need to complete a new One-Time Registration (OTR). From now on, applications for all future recruitments will require this OTR. If you had registered on the old website, you must register again on the new one.

How to Apply for SSC One Time Registration (OTR) Online Form 2024

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has introduced a new website, ssc.gov.in, where all candidates must complete a fresh One-Time Registration (OTR). Follow these steps to apply:

1. Visit the Website

• Open the official SSC website: ssc.gov.in.
• Alternatively, use the direct link provided in the “Important Links” section.

1. Start New Registration

• Click on the “New Registration” tab.

1. Enter Basic Details

• Provide your basic information: Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, and High School (Class 10) Roll Number.

1. Verify Your Profile

• Review your details and submit the registration form.

1. OTP Verification

• You will receive an OTP on your registered email and mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify.

1. Complete Registration (Part I)

• After verification, your OTR Registration Number will be displayed on the screen.

1. Set a New Password

• Check your email for the default password.
• Log in using your registration number and the default password.
• Change the default password to a custom one. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long and includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

1. Select Security Questions

• Choose two security questions to help recover your password if you forget it.

1. Log In Again

• Log in with your new password.

1. Complete the Form
   • Fill in additional details such as your nationality, category, visible identification mark, and permanent and local address.
2. Preview and Submit
   • Double-check all the information by clicking on the “Preview” button.
   • If there are errors, correct them. Otherwise, click on the “Declare” button and submit the form.
3. Registration Completed
   • Your SSC OTR process is now complete.
   • You can log in to your SSC dashboard anytime to view new job opportunities, download admit cards, or check results.
