The Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test (UTET) admit card 2025 has been released by the Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE).

On 13 September 2025, candidates who had applied for UTET can now download their exam hall tickets.

The Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test (UTET) is a state-level exam conducted by the Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE).

It is held every year to check the eligibility of candidates who wish to become teachers in primary (classes 1–5) and upper primary (classes 6–8) schools across Uttarakhand.

UTET has two papers:

• Paper I for those who want to teach classes 1 to 5.
• Paper II for those who want to teach classes 6 to 8.

Qualifying UTET is a mandatory step for candidates aiming for teaching jobs in government and private schools within the state. It ensures that teachers meet the minimum academic and professional standards required for quality education.

Exam Date & Exam Timings

• The UTET exam is scheduled for 27 September 2025.
• There are two shifts on that day:
  • Paper I (for primary level) — 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
  • Paper II (for upper primary level) — 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM

What’s On the Admit Card — Check These Details

Make sure these are correct on your admit card:

• Your name, registration/roll number
• Exam date and time (shift) — Paper I or Paper II
• Exam centre name & full address
• Your photograph & signature (if applicable)
• Any specific instructions for the exam day (things you can/can’t bring, when to reach, etc.)

Important Instructions

• Bring the printed admit card and a valid photo ID (Aadhaar card, voter ID, etc.). Without them, entry to the exam hall may be denied.
• Reach the exam centre well before time. Arriving late might mean missing the entry.
• If there’s any mistake in the admit card (name wrong, centre wrong etc.), contact the UBSE UTET authority immediately to get it corrected.
