The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the final result of the Probationary Officer / Management Trainee (PO/MT) Common Recruitment Process (CRP-PO/MT-XV) for the 2025-26 recruitment cycle on 15 January 2026.

Candidates who appeared in the Mains exam and interview can now check their final result and see if they have been provisionally selected for appointment in participating public sector banks.

This final result marks the conclusion of the entire selection process, which included the preliminary exam, mains exam, and interview rounds.

The merit list has been prepared based on candidates’ performance in the Mains examination (80% weightage) and the Interview (20% weightage).
